2024: Appointment as Head of Renaissance Credit
On October 7, 2024, Renaissance Bank (another name is Renaissance Credit) announced the appointment of Sergei Korolev as the new chairman of the board. He replaced Tatyana Khondra, who, according to the press service of the credit institution, decided to "pause her professional activities and devote more time to her family and personal projects."
Today, Renaissance Bank has a stable modernized IT infrastructure, which has significantly increased the stability of internal banking systems and simplified client paths, - comments Dmitry Razumov, general director of the Onexim group (which is the main owner of the bank). - Thanks to the transition to a product approach and process management, the company has improved synchronization and increased transparency. According to the bank's press service, Tatyana Khondru, as chairman of the board of Renaissance Bank, solved a difficult task: to develop and launch a long-term strategy for transforming a credit bank into a universal one. The first stage was a large-scale technological, organizational and cultural restructuring of the organization, as well as the launch of a new business segment - products for small and medium-sized businesses.
