2020: The first stage of automation of customer service

The NORBIT company (enters into LANIT group) announced on August 25, 2020 that it completed design of sales processes in the international company E100 providing fuel cards for drivers of transport and logistic firms. Implementation of the CRM system of Creatio from Terrasoft and integration into already existing platforms will become the second stage of the project. A system should integrate about 100 users at office in Poland, it will cover a full stroke of process of customer acquisition and sales of products of the company.

In a corporate system activity of specialists in sales, a client service and marketing is designed. Business processes of the company taking into account the standard and new CRM tools are described, specifications of technical requirements on completion of a system are developed.

The CRM system will allow to regulate and accelerate processes of customer interaction. It is planned that the solution will cover management of all sales cycle: from requirement analysis and the commercial offer, before formation of "a funnel of sales", planning of activities, segmentation of clients, forecasts and the facts of sales. Setup of the customer base requiring system approach during the work with it will become the most important part of the project. Using a system quick access to the contact information separated on categories and also to the history of customer interaction will be provided.
