EMS (Klient-Communicator: Management of small business)

The director of the agency Anatoly Rudenko drew the conclusions according to the results of several months of use of the Klient-Communicator system. The implementation project came to the end in November, 2009 then employees started full operation. The modifed configuration "Management of the BTL Agency" allowed to expand possibilities of employees and the management in planning, control, the analysis of activity at once. What, in turn, positively affected not only the current results of business, but also the general customer satisfaction.

The management conducts optimization of the EMS Agency in several directions:

• transparency of business processes;
• controllability of sales;
• electronic document management and reporting;
• management of finance (budgeting and treasury).

Thanks to an industry configuration, it was succeeded to reduce terms and cost of completion under specifics of work of the EMS Agency significantly. Cards of the client, management of marketing initiatives, maintaining a sales history on the client were finished. The majority of other problems of implementation demanded only setup of already existing functionality of the program.
