The Klient-Communicator (KC) — software the platform for visual design of the enterprise management systems based on concepts CRM and ERP. It is developed by the company BMicro. It is delivered as in the form of ready-made, "boxed" solutions, and in the form of the platform with a range of services on setup of the solution according to specifics of business processes of the specific enterprise customer.
Solutions on the Klient-Communicator platform belong to the class of corporate information systems (CIS). The principle of the creation of the uniform data warehouse containing all corporate business information and providing remote access to it of any necessary number of the employees of the enterprise given appropriate authority is the cornerstone of a system. "Klient-Communicator" is based on customer-oriented approach – on the concept of CRM proceeding from which resource management of the enterprise (ERP) is based.
In November, 2010 the solution designer announced that the single-user version of the program is available free of charge now. At the same time there are no restrictions neither for terms of use of the Klient-Communicator program, nor for its functionality. Thus, the small companies and entrepreneurs had an opportunity free of charge to receive the complete solution including the reference book by clients with analytics, an organizer, the generator of printed forms and many other functions.
The single-user version of the program is delivered not only in the basic "blank" version which allows to create quickly own configuration for the business. It is also possible to use free of charge and different configurations on this platform from Axistem Group company.

Architecture of software
