On August 13, 2020 it became known that the NEC company signed the partnership agreement with Persol Career to begin to use a solution blockchain, intended for search and employment of foreign IT specialists.
Persol Career positions itself as "the high quality strategic platform for personnel recruitment" which specializes in different approaches on personnel recruitment, including support of employment of graduates in Japan. Using new a solution blockchain the company will be engaged first of all in selection of suitable candidates from India for open positions in the Japanese companies.
Solution blockchain 6 companies, including GMO Internet and Wired Beans take part in the project on use. The IT specialists wishing to find work by means of new service will have to pass an IT skills test which will allow to confirm their experience, education, achievements and other data from the summary.

In NEC noted that applicants can safely and easily manage (to add/edit/delete) this or that confidential information on themselves, to set access control for disclosure of data, to prevent falsification of information, the service guarantees at the same time reliability of the specified data for all participants.
Due to use of PoC and AONT technology developed by NEC, results of testing are synchronized with a special application for the smartphone that allows applicants to manage with ease "certificates". The companies interested in candidates will be able to browse their questionnaires only after receiving consent. It is expected that new the solution blockchain will allow to reduce time which each company spends on an examination of applicants. To candidates this solution will allow to find new work quickly.[1]
