Alexander Vitko was born on May 31, 1966 in Khabarovsk.

Education

2020: Dismissal from a post of the head of the Khabarovsk Ministry of Health

On August 17, 2020 Alexander Vitko is dismissed from a position of the Minister of Health of Khabarovsk Krai. At this position he worked 13 years.

The Deputy Prime Minister of Khabarovsk Krai on social problems Evgeny Nikonov is appointed the head of the regional Ministry of Health. It will combine two positions.

Nikonov is the new member of the government. Earlier he worked as the head of department affairs and coordination of activity of the Moscow Department of Healthcare.

The acting the governor of Khabarovsk Krai Mikhail Degtyarev announced the decision on Vitko's resignation at a hardware meeting after visit of clinic No. 8 in the settlement of Gorky.
