2020: Automation of record of patients in medical institutions of Altai Republic
The resident of Academpark the company "AT Consulting the East" together with PJSC Rostelecom implements a management system for flows of patients in medical institutions of Altai Republic. The solution allows to consolidate processing of remote addresses and to optimize reception of citizens in medical institutions of the region. The project is implemented based on Smart City Cloud – own digital platform of the company for infrastructure management, AT Consulting reported on August 18, 2020 in "the East".
Within the solution the uniform call center is created. It allows to refuse analog telephone lines for benefit of digital and to consolidate processing of all appeals to medical institutions and ambulance of the region. In a system functions of call acceptance, maintaining standard scenarios of dialog, creation of information card of a call, storage of a call recording are implemented. The feature for maintaining base of tasks, interactions with the existing information systems, formations of the industry reporting is added.
All these functions allow to centralize acceptance and processing of calls and to optimize medical care: fill spaces in the schedule, automate notifications on transfer or canceling of records, to lower percent of "not income" of patients, to increase number of remote primary addresses instead of personal visits to registry.
Implementation of call center reduced answering interval at the address by phone. Moreover, the call is not reset as it could be earlier at load of analog lines. The patient understands that he is in queue and his call will be processed by the first released operator, told in the company.
