2020: Closing of service
On August 20, 2020 the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications announced closing of service for issue of the digital admissions intended for movement of Russians on the city in the conditions of self-isolation in the period of COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
The platform under the name "Mobile Admission" worked at the portal of state services and was available to the address propusk.gosuslugi.ru. Before the closing it was possible to make out QR codes for some regions there.

Department also emphasized that all data which citizens entered for obtaining digital admissions were deleted according to requirements of the legislation on personal data protection.
Together with the beginning of the mode of self-isolation, in April, 2020, in app stores of App Store and Google Play the service for obtaining digital admissions developed by the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications was placed.
According to the ministry, the mobile application started in the test mode "the stop coronavirus" can be adapted by Gosuslugi for specific conditions of the organization of access control in the conditions of introduction of measures of self-isolation in the specific region of Russia (except for Moscow).
Initially there were three types of digital admissions: the worker who automatically lasted for action of the mode one-day for visit of medical institutions, issued an unlimited number of times within a week, and the day pass for the personal purposes which it was possible to receive only two once a week. Later there were special passes for volunteers and the admission for visit of MFC.[1]
