2014: Automation of billing and service of subscribers

Representatives of JSC Data Processing Center of Housing and Communal Services and Fuel and Energy Complex of Volgograd in 2012 addressed to Stack company with the purpose to replace the old software by calculations for housing and communal services.

It was necessary to transfer considerable data array from the previous system to the software package STACK-HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES, having saved at the same time historicity of calculations and recalculations and also to solve the following problems:

• Process improvement of information works on questions of charge and collecting of housing and communal services.
• Development "from scratch" programs for work with partners and agreements.
• Automation of process of restriction/shutdown of consumers in case of debt and also claim and claim work.
• Improvement of service quality of the population due to development of remote communication channels.
• Reduction of total cost of ownership software.

In the years ahead because of consolidation based on JSC Data-processing Centre of Housing and Public Utilities and Energy Industry of computer centers of Volgograd and active accession of management companies, the number of the personal accounts calculated by JSC Data-processing Centre of Housing and Public Utilities and Energy Industry considerably increased — from 300,000 p/a up to 1,100,000 p/a. • Increase in the service level of clients due to implementation of instruments of self-service of subscribers: the personal account, SMS mailings, mobile application, etc. is implemented.
