The software package is developed based on own development environment and execution " stack.platform ".

Programming languages: With ++, Python. Works on operating systems: Windows, Linux.

Supports DBMS: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite. The complex has three-unit architecture with connection of the client on the protected connection.

"Stack housing and public utilities" - the ready-made complete solution on automation of work with subscribers consumers of housing and communal services. It is intended for management companies, settlement centers, regional operators according to the address from TKO, operators of an overhaul.

According to information for the beginning of 2020 the complex provides:
