2011 - the largest shareholder of the Latvian company Rigas piena kombinats (RPK)[6]. Invested 14.9 million euros in its development[7].

Interesting Facts

2005 - purchased the only thing in Russia the enterprise specializing in removal of the Oryol trotters - Hrenovskoye Ltd. The cost of the transaction is about 500 thousand dollars[2].

2008 - purchased 20 thousand hectares of farmlands in the Voronezh region for 10-14 million dollars (according to different sources), on which grows up sugar beet[8].

2009 – plans construction in Novosibirsk of milk plant with a power of 800 t of milk a day (about 300,000 t a year)[9].

2011 – makes investments in reconstruction of the Riga dairy plant. There it is supposed to start a new product line, including ice cream[10].

2011 - the agreement on consolidation of the largest Latvian dairy plants Valmieras piens and RPK, as a result of which the large enterprise on processing of milk with, by great opportunities for export of products on the Russian market is reached it will be created[11].
