In 1977 graduated from faculty of the international economic relations of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR. Qualification: economist on the international economic relations with knowledge of English. Specialty: international economic relations.

9/11/1984 underwent advanced training in VAVT in group of teachers of departments.
