2020: Announcement of the "Auditor" system

Companies are increasingly faced with the problem of remote control of specialized teams that perform work at remote sites. On August 26, 2020, the SATEL Software Development Center presented a solution for managing mobile teams - "Auditor." The system is used to promptly plan and control the work performed, ensures compliance with safety regulations and correct document management, and also helps to take into account the costs of materials, special equipment and time of employees.

The architecture of the "Auditor" system includes several modules and subsystems that guarantee the transparency of the processes of work of mobile teams. Among them:

• Operational Work Planning Module. Functionality: control of the availability of the appropriate tolerances, passed briefings, permits for special types of work for the planned employees; visualization of tasks on the work schedule; execution of production documents (work permits, instructions, orders, etc.).
• Module "Mobile Application." Functionality: location tracking based on geolocation (GPS/GLONASS); fixation of defects; write-off of materials, time spent by personnel, special equipment; Change the list of employees who perform the work.
• Module "Work Execution Control." Functionality: approval and evaluation of work performance; reflecting the location of the teams on the map; analytical reporting on work performance (results of rounds, inspections, tests, measurements).
• Analytics and Reporting module. Functionality: data on work performed and non-production time; automatic formation of team rating; construction of static and dynamic graphs.
• Reference information subsystem. Functionality: directory of employees, facilities, contractors, special equipment and vehicles; Set up work execution processes regulatory documents, technical maps of works.
• Integration subsystem. Functionality: integration via SOAP, REST, MQ protocols; adapters to files, databases and specialized systems (SAP, Oracle, 1C).

Thus, the implementation of the Auditor system helps to improve the quality of work performed, ensures remote control of employees, as well as the appropriate use of company resources.
