2020: Workflow automation based on EDMS Case

In April, 2020 the Administration of the Ust-Kansky Region of Altai Republic made to KS-Consulting company an inquiry for workflow automation. The staff of municipality worked earlier in EDMS Case therefore already knew about opportunities and advantages of a system. Inspection and the analysis of processes of document flow, the software installation, implementation and setup was a task of specialists of the company.

After the analysis of processes of document flow the agreement on delivery of 2 jobs of EDMS Case and the options "Scanning without Recognition" was reached. Specialists of KS-Consulting performed all necessary tunings of a system, filled out reference books of the nomenclature of affairs and the external organizations, got document groups. Works on the analysis and setup were executed far off, without departure to the customer, and took couple of days. It is the standard duration of implementation of EDMS in small municipalities with the minimum quantity of jobs.

As a result of project implementation in Administration work with paperwork is considerably simplified. The municipality obtained the single database of the entering, outgoing and internal documents in which it is convenient to look for the necessary information.

KS-Consulting implements the project on workflow automation in Altai Republic since 2000. For this period the company implemented EDMS Matter in 7 of 11 municipalities of the region and also in all departments and the ministries.
