Sber, together with Controller Tugou.Ru on December 2, 2021, announced a pilot transaction of preferential lending in the information system of digital services of the agro-industrial complex.
The pilot operation of the module "Preferential Lending" of the information system of digital services (IS CA) of the agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation started, in the development of which Sber took part together with Controller Tugou.Ru. The first interaction on the application platform was tested together with the Gorky Agricultural Plant. The Sber provided financing in the amount of 50 million rubles.
The module "Preferential lending" of the agro-industrial complex digital services system will provide enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, as well as individual entrepreneurs and individuals with prompt access to the products of credit and financial organizations. The module will allow customers to apply for preferential loans and monitor the approval of applications in a single window. For federal and regional ministries, as well as the bank, the service will simplify and accelerate interaction, make it transparent, which in turn will lead to more complete development and accurate forecasting of the volume of subsidies for preferential lending. Due to the standardization of forms of interaction between regional executive bodies, manual operations and paper red tape are minimized. Sber and the Ministry of Agriculture presented the first version of this super service in June 2021.

2020: Development of concessional lending module
On August 28, 2020, Sberbank announced that it would develop a soft lending module for the Ministry of Agriculture. A subsidiary of Sberbank Korus Consulting CIS will carry out work on designing client scenarios and a user path in the concept of the future system. The system will allow agricultural producers to get operational access to products creditno-financial organizations, conclude transactions and submit reports to government agencies in electronic form.
