The Unicorn company, the resident Klastera of energy efficient technologies of Skolkovo Foundation, developed the intellectual concept for iCity skyscraper. The smart business center with a unified digital medium will be constructed in the international Moscow City business center. Skolkovo reported about it on August 31, 2020.

The platform providing a unified digital medium will become a core of a skyscraper. It will integrate all peripheral devices of the building, the engineering systems and services, such as Business Management System (management of the organization), Facility Management System (management of an object), Property Management System (management of hotel), Waste Management System (waste management) and others. For creation of the platform engineers of Unicorn considered 6 key roles of users and also more than 70 subroles and possible scenarios of behavior.

For work on the iCity project we studied several months world practices, operational experience, trends, forecasts of futurologists, carried out monitoring of solutions which are proposed by world vendors. Thanks to the fact that the concept and technical features are studied at the very first stage of implementation of an object there is an opportunity to provide reliable and optimal solutions which uninterruptedly will work and interact among themselves and in the future. It will allow iCity to remain advanced after completion of construction and a lot more years in use. The high level of comfort, service and emotions from interaction with building infrastructure will be available to each resident and the guest. This idea even has a name — digital chic.

At a single digital platform almost unlimited functionality. Except basic solutions, special services in use can be created, and the intelligence of the building can be increased, scaled and evolve. For example, based on the platform it is possible to create service for restaurant for delivery of lunches in the building, online to armoring of a table and even development of the individual menu for residents.

From the moment of an input to the building, a system will study the visitor's habits, and data obtained after each visit, to attach to earlier and to accumulate. On the basis of this information individual solutions, services and services will be proposed. To the visitor of the fitness center, for example, will recommend to rise to it on foot as it will be excellent warm-up before major activity. And the elevator will automatically bring the office worker to the necessary floor.

The digital skyscraper of iCity with a total area nearly 250 thousand m ² will become large Russian office project of 2020. Two raznovysotny towers will be a part of business center: 61-storey Time Tower (257 meters) and 34-storey Space Tower (141 meters).
