2020: A pilot project on ensuring social payments the social account

On June 8, 2020 earned Social account service, the pilot project started in the territory of the Kaliningrad region.

The government of the Kaliningrad region in the conditions of a pandemic implements social payments on the social account with a possibility of purchase of products to certain categories of citizens within the amount approved by the budget.

Development and deployment of the project is performed in cooperation with Agency of Financial Services LLC. The company provides the solution for accounting of the facts of receiving the social help by citizens – an information system of non-financial processing. A system allows to register purchases of a certain type of goods and to control target expenditure of social payments.

An operator of the project and the supplier of processing services is the subsidiary company PJSC Sberbank — JSC Raschetnye resheniya, settlement center of the project — NPO Raschetnye resheniya (the License of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 3524-K).

Large networks of retail of the Kaliningrad region acted as project participants.^[1]
