At the end of August, 2020 the furniture holding "Angstrem" opened the automated hi-tech factory on production of furniture facades in Voronezh. Power of production will be 2.1 million facades a year. The plant began work in the vindustrialny Maslovsky park.
The general project budget made 1 billion rubles from which 500 million rubles were selected by the Fund of Development of the Industry (FDI) in the form of a concessional loan. According to the IDF director Roman Petruts, on these means modern technology equipment was purchased.
The fund supported the project including because on by the end of August, 2020 nearly a half of furniture facades is delivered from abroad, generally from Germany and Italy, the press service of IDF reported.
At the enterprise it is going to implement the MES system (a management system for production processes) of the Russian company Boas. This system will manage among other things smart carts which by the end of August, 2020 are tested by Angstrem.
Such carts, according to developers, are an alternative to traditional rails which connect among themselves production machines, and can deliver component parts along the set routes.
Robotic carts of the cart can work till 12 o'clock without recharge and support several systems of geopositioning, including Wi-Fi and a revolution meter of wheels. Also a MES system will be used for management of other innovation at the enterprise – "a flat warehouse": the machine will be able to select a part necessary to it and to read out information on it using QR codes.
Our investors in this hard time did not shelve the project, and took a confident step to its development, and even more confident step, having engaged with competitors, the Italian and German companies, 125 jobs are created here — Petrutsa said.[1] |
