The Flyprint printing house saved profitability during self-isolation thanks to the Xerox Iridesse Production Press CFM

The Flyprint printing house installed the Xerox Iridesse Production Press CFM  with four complementaries. It helped the company to expand the range, to increase the added value of products and to increase printing amounts. Announced this Xerox on August 31, 2020.

The printing house purchased the CFM at the end of 2019 in addition to the full-color Xerox Versant 3100 Press system. It is the second Xerox Iridesse Production Press installation in St. Petersburg. The profitability of business of Flyprint increased in the first months after installation. For the first quarter 2020 the amount of printing grew by 42% in comparison with the same period of 2019. At the same time the marginality increased by 22%.

To the middle of March, 2020 of Xerox Iridesse Production Press helped us to put business records. The company applies in work all types of a special toner available by this machine: gold, silver, transparent and white. In many orders it is necessary to combine them. Existence of two additional sections considerably simplifies production of such products.

Xerox Iridesse Production Press allows to execute orders with printing a special toner much quicker, than when using silk-screen printing. It became for Flyprint printing house one of key competitive advantages: in the conditions of uncertainty in the market it is especially important to reduce time from decision-making to project implementation.

Orders using complementaries began to come to the company right after installation of the machine. The request for urgent printing of business cards a gold toner on dark cardboard was the first of them. The printing house made them already next day after the meeting with the client.

Flyprint actively uses Xerox Iridesse Production Press for printing on synthetic materials. In particular, the printing house offers them to restaurants which update the menu, opening after restrictive measures. Printing on a self-adhesive film of Xerox DuraPaper Labels and paper of Xerox Colotech + is also demanded.
