2020: A project startup on global support

Atos, the company in the field of digital transformation, started the project on global support of PERI company, one of producers and suppliers of a construction equipment. It became known on September 2, 2020.

From start of the long-term contract which began the action in November, 2019 Atos implemented 3 introductory phases, having provided the centralized support more than 7,000 employees of PERI from 56 countries, at the same time not only having increased service quality and also the index of satisfaction of users, but also having reduced costs for service.

In different regions of presence the PERI service of IT support was separated – somewhere work was conducted with local contractors, somewhere problems were solved by own forces of the company. The synergy with Atos allowed to unify service, to develop the uniform concept of tracking of results and to define key performance indicators that undoubtedly simplified both process of the address to support, and its control from the management", – Pavel Puzanov, the head of IT HUB of Eastern and Northern Europe, PERI GmbH company shared

For September, 2020 Atos completely provides 1 support line which includes daily request processing of employees, incident management, information support, access control and also support of business applications. Atos begins the following project phase which will allow to provide the 2nd support line for users of PERI. And discussions are in development process the directions of digital transformation of the client.

Having entered operational project phase at the time of the global crisis of a pandemic when employees sharply switch over to a remote operation mode, and the specifics of requests of users purchase other character in connection with changes in the company, we nevertheless managed to react timely to the developed circumstances and to approach flexibly rendering services in the period of COVID-19, at the same time complying all conditions of SLA, – Sergey Klyuev, the director of the department of infrastructure and IT services of Atos in Russia noted.

The project on the international user support of PERI became one of the most large-scale projects of Atos in Russia on the geography. Providing service in the Russian, English and German languages, Atos was succeeded to satisfy high requests of the client to the level of language training of a command, having quickly gathered a team of qualified specialists.
