Director General of Unifai Communications

In January 2018, while continuing to lead Atos in Russia, Edgars Puzo also took the position of CEO of Unifai Communications (Unify legal entity in Russia). This happened as part of the process of legal unification of Atos and Unify divisions in Russia. The decision to merge was made as part of an integration program launched in 2016 after the completion of the transaction to acquire Atos from Unify. Atos announced the purchase of Unify for 590 million euros back in 2015.

Sergey Razmakhaev, who led Unify in Russia and the CIS before the appointment of Edgars Puzo, took office as deputy general director.
