2020: Entering into the Unified register of the Russian programs

Platform "N3. A human capital", the developed Netrika Group, filled up the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases according to the order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of August 31, 2020. The platform was carried to the class "Information Systems for the Solution of Specific Industry Tasks". It became known on September 4, 2020.

Platform "N3. The human capital" allows to create a uniform ecosystem of interaction of inhabitants of the region, the educational organizations, employers, jobcenters, recruitment agencies and also executive authorities. Its key task – to balance labor market with development of a human capital in the region.

Creation of the platform promotes achievement of goals national Education projects, "Digital economy of Russia" and "Labor productivity and support of employment". The solution helps to provide global competitiveness Russian educations, to create mechanisms of management of education and also steady and safe information infrastructure; maintain employment and an increase in labor productivity.

The platform allows to solve problems of different groups of inhabitants. It is built on building block system that does its setup flexible and allows to consider specific needs of the region. In addition, the modular architecture helps to implement the solution as soon as possible.

Also "N3. The human capital" has open API – it gives the chance for expansion and scalability. At the same time the platform can easily interact with other solutions: be integrated and exchange data.

We created 'N3. A human capital' to adjust dialog between education, business and people. The platform includes solutions for people of the most different age: children and youth, adult able-bodied population, citizens of a pre-retirement age. Besides, much attention is paid to support of children with limited opportunities of health: at selection of actions, circles, sections and programs special criteria of availability of the environment, technical, physiological and methodical availability are considered. At the same time a system provides development in individual trajectories that does training more flexible and effective, – Olga Romanova, the head 'Education' of Netrika Group comments. – Thanks to inclusion in the register of software of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications it the state organizations and authorities will be able to use solutions. It became one more step on achievement of ambitious goals which face our company today.
