2020: Announcement of a 3D tag Baltschug

On September 7, 2020 it became known that the RFID laboratory of Micron developed 3D tags Baltschug for marking of objects of city infrastructure. Construction of a tag allows to identify objects at distance over 7 meters, provides resistance to mechanical influences and weather conditions when carrying out inventory and accounting.

The Mikron company since 2015 is a resident of the special economic zone "Technopolice "Moscow" and uses working and financial preferential terms which are offered by the Government of Moscow to residents of the special economic zone. So, for them the zero rate on the property tax and transport and also reduced income tax works. It gives them the chance to develop production, investing in developments. Are among such 3D - tags Baltschug which start of production is dated for a city birthday. They will help to save its infrastructure and to increase comfort level for residents of the capital.

As it was explained, the RFID tag Baltschug of Mikron is specially developed by M-Tag 3D/1UD for remote identification of the small architectural forms (SAF) taking into account conditions of their operation. Not large-scale auxiliary architectural facilities and objects, for example, playgrounds, sport stock, pointers, ladders, fountains, arbors and other objects belong to MAF. The tag steadily functions on plastics, a tree, the metal and combined surfaces, has 128-bit memory of EPC where the identifying code is written. Check and registration of MAF is performed using mobile readers, the operating frequency of 865-868 MHz. (RFID UHF). The strong plastic body of an ergonomic form provides the necessary level of security from weather conditions and mechanical influences and simple installation, in the body there are openings for fastening by bolts, self-tapping screws, rivets, couplers, screws or using glue structures. We are glad to present to Moscow the development for marking of MAF and called it in honor of one of sign and difficult Moscow places where tags took the first "field" tests. Small architectural forms perform certain functions in the urban environment, and the modern urban environment requires digital infrastructure. Our tags – a part of this infrastructure, they help to keep the growing park of objects in an order, to service them, to optimize expenses and to save time.

The line of the tags of Micron intended for marking of street objects and MAF conforms to all requirements for use in the urban environment, including in the conditions of intensive operation in places of public use, sports and social infrastructure.

For September, 2020 products of Micron are already applied by RFID to different problems, including inventory and accounting of inventory items, control of technical processes, automation of warehouse and trade logistics, identification and tracking of infrastructure facilities, the equipment and units of storage, taking into account individual requirements of each customer. The enterprise has own RFID laboratory on development and testing of radio-frequency identification products in all operating frequency ranges. As of September, 2020 more than 30 products and modifications, in a product line of factory more than 150 different types of RFID of tags are annually put in serial production.
