2020: Implementation of the unified information system of accounting

On September 8, 2020 the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) reported that it increased efficiency of claim and claim work due to implementation of the unified information system of accounting.

According to the company, for corporations of such scale with large network of partners and customers effective internal and external communication on significant questions is of particular importance, including legal therefore since 2019 the parent organization and subsidiaries keep account of the claim and claim work (CCW) in the unified information system.

Creation of a system of accounting of PIR was initiated by the acting as the director of the department of legal support of JSC OSK Vadim Lvovich Zubanov for increase in efficiency of claim and claim work and the accompanying processes due to their transparency, improvement of control of procedural procedures, optimization of routine tasks of employees and acceleration of decision making process. Earlier subsidiaries in many respects conducted legal work independently that complicated both the general control of claim and claim work, and consolidation of large volume of information from different sources.

For system development the Digital Design company, software developer was selected. A choice of the platform was made for benefit of 1C as uniform access point to other services of the company for convenience of the organization of safe work in geographically distributed environment.

For September, 2020 in a system about 200 employees of societies of the OSK Group can once work that considerably simplified interaction of head office of corporation with subsidiaries and structural divisions. A system allows to perform preparation of information, creation and maintaining claims, judicial and administrative cases, enforcement proceeding, updating of data and automation of filling of documents and solutions on PIR, and notifications allow to execute accurately operational informing employees and always to be aware of important events.

During preparation of a system for work cards of affairs for 2018-2019 were migrated and document templates are prepared that allowed employees to begin work with digital process. Thanks to integration with 1C Document flow a system gives an opportunity to address up-to-date data about partners and to documents of group in the safe mode taking into account a role model, and data-refresh on affairs is automatically loaded from the portal of Federal Bailiff Service and the Card file of arbitration cases. Communication of staff of legal services on claim questions is conducted in a system chat. For convenience of users in a system automatic calculation of percent (the outstanding amount calculator) and the calculator of the state fee is also implemented. Development of the module of multiple currency calculations necessary during the work with foreign customers became one more feature of the project. In the module the possibility of operational recalculation at the rate of using regular means of 1C is used.

Special attention was paid to questions of information security and differentiation of access rights according to a role model: access to affairs of the head company and each of subsidiaries has a limited circle of users. For confidential information protection data transmission is performed on allocated channel, and jobs of the employees having access to a system were equipped and certified according to requirements of a security service of OSK.
