The solution "Claim and Claim Work" (CCW) proposed by Digital Design is intended for optimization of work of legal services of the enterprises, including holding structures and also the business divisions involved in contractual relations with partners. The solution allows to optimize work of employees as at a stage of pre-judicial hearing of cases (preparation and execution of claims, claims and complaints), and during judicial office-work — from consideration, preparation of the legal claim and before enforcement proceeding by court's decisions.

The FEAST represents the isolated solution which can be implemented based on different platforms:

Among opportunities there are solutions FEASTS of Digital Design for November, 2020:

  • Uniform structured storage of information on claim and claim work with differentiation of access rights and with a search capability of necessary affairs.
  • Maintaining special subject reference books (courts, instances, types of solutions, qualifiers of disputes, etc.).
  • Maintenance of pre-judicial and/or judicial proceedings using special accounting items (a card of affairs, accounting of instances, etc.).
  • Use templates of standard legal documents with automatic filling of document attributes.
  • Personal account of the head with a possibility of assessment of tasks of staff of division.
  • Planning of participation of employees in judicial activities, advance reminders on time.
  • Support of a transmission mode of affairs and control of execution of tasks.
  • Organize work with requests from the regulating and supervisory authorities.
  • The unrolled reporting on work of service by employees, labor costs and success of maintaining PID.
  • Business process management of processing of claims, submissions of claims, approvals of document packages.
  • Access to a system as from network of the enterprise, and far off (via the web interface, mobile applications or through secure channels).

Solution tasks:

  • Reduce the number of the cases lost because of influence of a human factor.
  • Minimize unproductive activity of lawyers and make their work of the claim and claim activity focused on achievement of the maximum results.
  • Receive metrics of quality and efficiency of each employee of legal service.
  • Give to company management the broad picture for decision making on work with partners (suppliers and customers) and risk management.

Architecture:

2016: The FEAST on the Microsoft SharePoint platform

According to information for 2016, the technological solution "Claim and Claim Work" can be created on the Microsoft SharePoint platform. In architecture the ability to integrate with any applications automating work of office is put. Also the architecture allows to ensure functioning in a system not only on local client places, but also in the geographically distributed environment, including via the web interface.

The module is intended for Microsoft - the focused companies, is the web application based on SharePoint with possible integration with an electronic document management system at the Docsvision platform providing maintaining PIR for remote users (branches). Systems given about objects are stored in a SQL Server database. The interface part of a system is implemented using the SharePoint web application.

2014: Product output "Claim and Claim Work" (CCW)

The Digital Design company brought in the spring of 2014 to the market the new software product – "Claim and Claim Work" (CCW). The solution can be demanded in the large organizations with the distributed branch network as its application will provide formation of a common information space for all participants of process of work with claims and claims. Besides, use of the solution will allow to reduce time expenditure and financial risks and also will promote formation of a certain image of the company among partners which will warn them against infringement of its legitimate rights and interests.

The PIR software product is focused both on the top management of the company, and on making decisions on claim and claim situations, on corporate legal services of large enterprises and holding structures and also on the business divisions involved in contractual relations with partners.

The product is included in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases.

Implementation of development from Digital Design will allow to increase control of timeliness of transfer of necessary documents both in legal service, and in divisions on claim and claim work. Also it will significantly reduce time of passing of tasks and information at accomplishment of the main business of processes of division on claim and claim work. Besides, the solution FEAST will provide maintaining uniform reference books and standards of work with documents that in turn will affect timeliness and reliability of the prepared reports.

The functionality of the software product provides formation of a uniform structured storage of information on claim and claim work with differentiation of access rights and with a search capability of necessary affairs and also gives an opportunity of remote work of subsidiaries and branches with a single centralized system of automation of claim and claim work. PIR performs maintaining specialized subject reference books and maintenance of pre-judicial or judicial proceedings using special accounting items. It provides control automation with the settled (standard) sequence of works, whether it be tasks within processing of claims, submission of claims or approval of a document package.

Besides, solution integration with one or several accounting systems EDMS1CERP (//) for operational obtaining information on the transaction concerning which the claim or the claim and also on the history of legal cases with the partner in a decision instant about the conclusion of the new agreement is initiated is possible.

Implementation of PIR will positively affect efficiency of activity of the enterprise due to creation of the consolidated database about claim and claim activity of all enterprise as bases for acceptance of management decisions that will allow to reduce legal costs and costs of working time for conducting legal cases. It will improve economic indicators of business activities of the company and will promote ensuring compensation of the damage caused to the company at the expense of guilty persons.
