The project team paid special attention to the issue of data security. The applied approach eliminates unwanted and unlawful refinements of documents in the system.

In order to maintain the usual office management scheme, new features have been added to Directum RX:

  • For administrative documents, you can specify whether to create a new distribution list or to use an existing one on a separate tab.
  • When submitting documents for approval according to the rules, up to twenty matching groups can be filled out. The initiator can recall the task.
  • The contractual work of Gazprom Dobra Yamburg LLC has also been transferred to Directum RX. The project team structured documents, optimized reconciliation and simplified integration with Active Directory, HR system and information management system. More than 10 thousand contracts have been transferred to the system.
