2020: Completion of building of pharmaceutical production

On September 9, 2020 the Biocad company announced Zdrav.Expert completion of building of pharmaceutical production in the Technopolice Moscow special economic zone (the platform "Alabushevo" in Moscow, Zelenograd) within the first offset contract with the Government of Moscow.

According to the company, Moscow the first in Russia signed the offset contract with the biotechnology company thanks to what at the Biocad plant the drugs included in the list of vital and essential drugs will be produced. The signed contract will allow the city to reduce price of medicines more than half, besides the region will receive production, supply of the Russian medicines and jobs.

In total signed four such contracts, volume of private investments on them will be made by nearly 12 billion rubles. Within the arrangement with Biocad the company within 7 years will make and deliver in clinics and city hospitals of Moscow 22 names of medicines for treatment of oncological and autoimmune diseases. Investment volume of the enterprise into creation and mastering of production – more than 3 billion rubles. The CEO of Biocad company Dmitry Morozov noted that for the company a great honor and responsibility to become the supplier of Moscow. At the beginning of 2021 the company is going to ship the first batches of drugs to the customer, the beginning of production is planned at the end of 2020. The head of the company noted that the plant provides in the Technopolice Moscow SEZ within 2020 and 2021 opening more than 100 jobs.

At the first stage of work of production secondary packaging of medicines and the releasing quality control is planned. For ensuring production of medicines at the plant the quality control system meeting the international standards GMP is created. The complex of buildings of pharmaceutical production is equipped with production lines, the engineering solutions for pharmproizvodstvo increasing investment and operational efficiency of an object are applied. The total area of a pharmaceutical complex is more than 42 thousand square meters.
