On September 9, 2020 Xerox reported that as a result of transition to services outsourcing the wholesale supplier medical of the equipment "Iskra-Med" set MFP Xerox without expenses on their acquisition. The project increased fault tolerance of the printing equipment thanks to updating and regular maintenance of the park. These tasks were undertaken by specialists of service provider — the company "Galex".

Transition to outsourcing allowed the company to adapt the park of the equipment to the growing amount of printing of accounting and warehouse documents and also to increase reliability of the equipment. Earlier printers often broke that slowed down processes of shipment and issue of goods.

With growth of turnovers of business and amount of document flow we needed to install more productive and reliable MFPs. With it we ensured smooth operation of the printing equipment without serious investments.

Within the outsourcing contract "Iskra-Med" set Xerox WorkCentre MFP 5865, Xerox VersaLink Xerox WorkCentre 3325, Xerox WorkCentre 3345 and B7025. The Galex company — the partner of Xerox — provided this equipment and provided its complete maintenance, supply with supplies and spare parts. It manages printing infrastructure of "Iskra-Med" on the XPPS model on the basis of methodology, service platforms and tools of Xerox. At the same time the customer pays only for the number of the printed documents.

From the moment of contract signature there passed five years. During this time "Iskra-Med" updated 60% of the park of the printing equipment. The service provider installed 8 Xerox MFPs in a warehouse and at three offices of the company: in Barnaul, Irkutsk and Chita.
