Portfolio company of Fund of preseeding investments of Svezhiye resheniya LLC, the FreshOffice project, the resident of Business incubator Ingria, received investments of Imperious Group venture capital company in 2013. Transaction amount was 37 million rubles.
FreshOffice is a complex of cloud applicaions which allow to conduct communication with partners, to set tasks and to monitor their accomplishment, to carry out complex job analysis of each employee and the company in general, to control financial flows and to conduct document flow. More than 25,000 employees use the solution FreshOffice.
Support of Fund of preseeding investments and Business incubator Ingria allowed to provide explosive growth in sales of a product and fast reaching payback, the project received a grant according to the Microsoft BizSpark program.
Funds are allocated for strengthening of positions of the project in the Russian market by means of marketing tools and an output of the products FreshOffice to the markets of Southeast Asia, Central America and Latin America, including Brazil.

2013: FreshOffice drew up the plan of world expansion
The St. Petersburg developer "Fresh Solutions" is going to bring the products FreshOffice to the markets of Southeast Asia, Central America and Latin America, including Brazil, the company in October, 2013 reported.
FreshOffice represents a complex of the cloud applicaions allowing a message communication with partners to set tasks and to monitor their accomplishment, to carry out complex job analysis of each employee and the company in general, to control financial flows and to conduct document flow.
According to "Fresh solutions", the products FreshOffice have more than 20 thousand users in 1.2 thousand the companies. Among them - the KIT Finance pension fund, Road Radio holding Begemot hypermarkets Russian Media Group , etc. In addition to Russia, the company has experience of sales of the products in CIS and Baltic countries.
As representatives of developer told TAdviser, at some point development of the project the company accurately defined that it is necessary to work at global market, and "after commission of test sales it became clear that it is quite real". Profitable advantage of a packet of FreshOffice they call a combination of both the cloud, and platform software, believing that it is a little presented at the specified markets.
Is going to work at foreign markets "Fresh solutions" independently – the office in one of the countries of Southeast Asia will be for this purpose opened, her representatives add.
"At the moment the project began to work with the Russian representative offices of the companies from this region. Then interest in a product was shown by head offices which will become the first buyers of the localized versions of a product", - representatives of Fresh Solutions company say.
For implementation of geographical expansion the company is going to use the means received from investors: in October, 2013 it was reported that "Fresh solutions" attracted 37 million rubles from Imperious Group venture capital company within the second round of investments. At the stage of sowing financing preceding it the company attracted investments in the amount of 10 million rubles.
FreshOffice developers note that their company already gets profit, and as showed their calculations, the amount, necessary for expansion, could be collected for a year and a half.
"However the market of cloud solutions develops so promptly that it was necessary to work now. We made the decision to look for a next round of investments for preserving of growth rates and expansion on the markets with quickly growing economy", - add to Fresh Solutions companies.
2015: Migration in a cloud
In 2015 the company made a strategic rate on a cloud solution. From this point FreshOffice offers three versions of the product: Sales, Smart business, Ecosystem. It is possible to subscribe monthly or forever.
