The company"Ekzeplent", entering into group"OMEGALLIANCE", performed input in trial operation of a system of operational supervisory control (ASODU) for building of federal level - the main gas pipeline "Sakhalin — Khabarovsk — Vladivostok".

In 2008 Gazprom started design of the Sakhalin — Khabarovsk — Vladivostok gas transmission system. Together with it there was a question of creation of a modern effective system of operational supervisory control for such strategically important object. So in 2010 the Ekzeplent company began works on design of ASODU of a new object under construction. At that time at specialists of the company considerable experience of similar works, including based on other major object of the gas transmission system – the Nord Stream gas pipeline was already accumulated.

In spite of the fact that a system together with an object were projected from scratch, project implementation was not deprived of difficulties which were successfully overcome by specialists of the company of Ekzeplent and formed the basis of the successful experience applicable on future projects. The large volume of the integration solutions providing communication with the different systems of basic automation became one of the main features of the project. In addition to ensuring communication with the system of telemechanics, integration into the alarm system and with a system of accounting of energy resources was executed. All complex of indicators from the different systems became available in the developed system of operational supervisory control and is used for effective and safe operation of the Sakhalin — Khabarovsk — Vladivostok gas pipeline.

The created solution covers Sakhalin, Khabarovsk, Amur and Seaside linearly - production managements. Despite geographical distribution and inaccessibility of objects of the main gas pipeline, the working schedule and terms of delivery of a system were sustained according to requirements of the customer, and users could start trial operation of the solution in time. It is especially important when project of this sort is a part of large-scale building of federal scale. Not only the term of commissioning of the object, but also strategic security of the state depends on each contractor of such building. The Government of the Russian Federation the state Eastern Gas Program is recognized the high-priority task designed to provide perspective gas export on the markets of China and other Asia-Pacific countries.

Short description of ASODU of the main gas pipeline "Sakhalin — Khabarovsk — Vladivostok".

Within the solution put into trial operation the following subsystems are implemented:

• subsystem of providing production and technology information on objects and processes of the gas pipeline;
• subsystem of electricity metering of a linear part of the gas pipeline;
• subsystem of control of objects of power and power supply.

A system allows users:

• control operation modes and a status of technology equipment;
• carry out the analysis of data retrieveds for ensuring accomplishment of plan targets and optimization of operation of the equipment;
• control and localize emergency and emergency situations;
• consider a gas rate for own needs.

For implementation of a system of operational supervisory control of the main gas pipeline "Sakhalin — Khabarovsk — Vladivostok" the software of PSI AG company was selected.
