The Ekzeplent company entering into the OMEGALLIANCE group in 2014 announced start in trial operation of the Automated System of Dispatching Control and Management (ASDKU) of level of the Central Dispatcher Station (CDS) of Gazprom Dobycha Shelf Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk LLC.
TsDP is located in Moscow and from it issue of plan works orders and operating control over the Kirinsky gas-condensate field is performed.
The project of creation of ASDKU became a part of a current trend of development Gazprom of dobycha shelf Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk LLC. During development of ASDKU specialists of Ekzeplent company (used progressive approaches and solutions to conform to high requirements of the customer. Each team member of Ekzeplent (before MES Engineering) understood responsibility for a system on which not only operational monitoring, but also acceptance of timely strategic and management decisions on an object, so important for the country, depends. An important role also considerable experience of development played similar systems on other objects Gazprom of JSC ", such, as Severo-Evropeysky gazoprovod, the gas pipeline "Sakhalin – Khabarovsk – Vladivostok" and other objects of a gas transport system RUSSIAN FEDERATION.
The solution put into trial operation is from a subsystem of dispatching control and management and also from a subsystem of support of adoption of dispatching solutions. A complete system provides tools for operating control behind objects and production processes on Kirinskoye gas and condensate field. The created solution allows to control operation modes and a status of technology equipment, to analyze collected data with the purpose of optimization of operation modes, to trace and to timely prevent emergency situations. In addition, a system allows to trace signals of fire alarm and gas contamination. The main destination of the created ASKDU is an operating control and correction of plan production targets for the purpose of achievement of optimal performance of an object and also the multidimensional analysis of accomplishment of the production program aimed at cost reduction.
As a result of the works which are carried out by Ekzeplent company users received a system which provides them with up-to-date, comprehensive and reliable information about the processes proceeding on the Kirinsky field. The data collected directly on GKM are transferred to the Central dispatcher station in Moscow.
Feature of the solution was the considerable geographical distribution of users. Direct manipulation by Kirinskoye gas and condensate field is exercised in real time of the users who are at distance more than 7,000 km. from an object. It became possible due to flexible branched architecture of ASDKU - a server part is distributed as it is functional, and geographically. Servers are located in Moscow and on Sakhalin. Communication between them is performed on specially selected satellite channel. It provides uninterrupted control and management of the Kirinsky gas-condensate field.
