The Russian CEC information center received the updated information display system on the basis of the EliteBoard videowall

2020: Updating of the videowall

The Layfinteraktiv company, the partner of Elittech, on the eve of the Uniform voting day – on September 13, 2020, made installation, setup and brought into operation the EliteBoard 4х8 videowall in Russian Central Election Commission. Announced this Elittech on September 15, 2020.

The Layfinteraktiv company for the first time implemented the global telecom project for the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation on hardware during the election of the president of the Russian Federation on March 18, 2018. In 2020, the customer made the decision to carry out updating of the videowall – the main means of information display in the Atrium of the CEC in Moscow in Bolshoy Cherkassky Lane. For the solution of this task the integrator selected tonkoshovny 55" EliteBoard BB558FCBED displays.

As equipment supplier – 32 tonkoshovny EliteBoard BB558FCBED displays, the Elittech company acted.

The EliteBoard BB558FCBED panels produced on ADS technology at the BOE Technology plant serially guarantee till 50,000 o'clock 24/7 continuous work.

High permission and contrast, brightness of 800 cd/m2, big viewing angles, seam width as a part of the videowall — 3.5 mm, and direct LED illumination allow to receive the qualitative and accurate picture even in strongly lit premises. The built-in controller allows to divide the image on panels within the videowall, to execute three-dimensional processing of a signal for obtaining the qualitative detailed image and at the same time to display several information streams in one split screen.

The twenty-one-meter videowall from 32 EliteBoard displays with the total resolution of 15360х4320 pixels and powerful PCs in the Uniform voting day of 2020 provided broadcasting alternate online from more than 9 thousand election campaigns which took place in 83 subjects of the country: elections of governors in 20 regions of the Russian Federation, deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on 4 districts and elections of regional and municipal chapters and deputies of local parliaments in 11.

The videowall allowed to exercise control for an exception of any violations of suffrage during vote in all polling precincts located across all territory of our country and to provide transparency for all participants of electoral process.
