On September 17, 2020 the company "Ramax International" (enters RAMAX Group) announced completion of development of a software package "Mobile application for trade goods of SKYSHOP and SKYCAFE onboard the aircraft" for JSC Aeromar.

The tool based on digital technologies was necessary for the customer for solving of tasks of increase in efficiency of data collection and quality of trade onboard. It had to provide increase in speed and accuracy of data processing, to exclude need to fill a set of positions in paper documents, to reduce quantity of errors at their filling and to give an opportunity of automatic collecting of statistical information.

Based on the tender the Ramax International company became the contractor for execution of works. The task to develop mobile application on iOS and to integrate it with ERP of the customer and the systems of PJSC Aeroflot was set for a project team.

Within the project specialists Ramax International developed a full-fledged backend-system based on cloud data Aeromar which was integrated with the block of the reporting under sales. The solution is implemented on the cloud analytical platform integrating planning features, a business intelligence and the forecast analysis. Experts Ramax International implemented sending data on results of sales to the backend-system of the customer both via the tablet GSM transmitter, and on Wi-Fi.

The application allows stewards to trace different metrics: see the flight number and the place of the specific passenger, to fix his personal data at implementation of sales onboard, to accompany trade actions ("1+1", a discount and others). Also stewards can issue preorders, quickly and precisely to perform calculation of delivery at payment in several currencies, to take orders for future runs. The choice of goods in the directory is possible by the QR code and a barcode.

After carrying out cross-validation testings of mobile application and trade according to paper delivery notes the management Aeromar noted several advantages of work with the developed mobile application, - Konstantin Zubov, the program manager of SkyShop, Aeromar says. - Service rate, payment acceptance grew (especially in several currencies), the accuracy of financial transactions onboard in parallel increased. I will note the most important point: cardinally the completeness of the data, accountable, according to the results of sales extended. Now the personnel onboard will not need to spend solid time in flight scales for manually to fill out documents at the end of run.

In development of the project of trade it is onboard going to automate transactions of acceptance and delivery of goods at the airport with the authorized mark of the forwarding agent, to integrate with the control and cash equipment of the last generation after the choice by the customer of model and provider, - the project manager from outside told Ramax International Mikhail Balakliyenko. - The solution can be used for digitalization of interaction of airlines and operators of a power supply, in rail, river and sea passenger traffic. Also I will note that algorithms and formats for adaptation of the solution for different operating systems are worked out.
