Was born on July 15, 1960.

Education

1983: MVTU of N.E. Bauman

In 1983 graduated from the Moscow highest technical school of N.E. Bauman (since 1989 Bauman Moscow State Technical University) in "Metallurgical science, the equipment and technology of heat treatment of metals".

1992: BABT

In 1992 graduated from All-Union Academy of foreign trade majoring in "The international economic relations".

Career

Chief financial officer of the Frezer plant

After the termination MVTU worked at the Moscow plant "Frezer" where passed all steps of career development: shift foreman, general foreman, deputy chief of thermal workshop, secretary of Communist Party committee of the plant, deputy CEO for production, chief financial officer.

1994: Mosstroyekonombank

In 1994 started a career in banking sector. Worked at executive positions in Mosstroyekonombank (MSEB).

2002: Government of Moscow

In 2002 headed Management of the city order of the Government of Moscow, the authority which is responsible for budget planning, financing, execution of the city order, reform of housing and public utilities in the capital. Creation of EIRTs in Moscow happened directly under the leadership of Yury Petrov.

In 2005, in connection with reorganization of authorities of Moscow, it was appointed the First Deputy Head of Department of economic policy and development of the city, continuing to supervise the sphere of economy of the industries of municipal economy and some other the directions.

2006: The president is the Chairman of the board of directors of NS Bank

In 2006 returned to a banking system - to the President's position - the Chairman of the board of directors of JSC NS Bank.

On May 14, 2020 it is re-elected as the Chairman of the board of directors of JSC NS Bank for the next term.

2020: Russia association, ARB

For September, 2020 is a member of Presidium of Council of Banking association of Russia (Russia Association) and also the member of council of the Association of Russian Banks (ARB).

Awards

The presidential Decree of November 15, 2005 gives an honorary title "The honored economist of the Russian Federation".
