Was born on July 12, 1942 in Kuibyshev.

Education

1959: Lobnensky industrial technical school

In 1959 - 1962 studied in Industrial technical school in Lobnya of the Moscow region at evening department, graduated from technical school majoring in "technician-mechanic".

1983: MISI

In 1983 graduated from faculty "Industrial and civil construction" Moscow engineering construction institute (since 1993- Moscow state construction university) in "the organization of construction production". According to the results of training qualification the civil engineer is appropriated.

Career

Glavmospromstroymaterialy, Santekhproyekt

Combined study in technical school with work as the mechanic at ZhBI-5 plant of Glavmospromstroymaterialy, and then - the technician-designer of the State design institute "Santekhproyekt".

1963: Glavmosstroy

Since 1963 worked in Construction management No. 1 of Remstroytrest of the Bauman area of Glavmosstroy where there passed the way from the master, the operator to the senior operator, and then the supervising foreman.

1970: Glavmosinzhstroy

In March, 1970 it was translated by the chief of Construction management No. 41 of Mosgorgidrostroy trust of Glavmosinzhstroy, and in December, 1975 it was confirmed to the post of the managing director of trust.
