In September, 2020 Mintsifra published the draft of rules of selection of a subsidy of ANO Dialog Regiony for development of the command centers region (CCR). According to the deputy director general of Softline on work with national projects Andrey Sholokhov, for start of TsUR in regions it is possible not to buy servers for each subject, and to be limited to creation of special data centers, for example, at the level of federal districts.
