2017: Design of the uniform multifunction distribution center
Project terms: January, 2016 - February, 2017.
Moving of numerous separate warehouses of TD TsVK company on the uniform, multifunction, distribution center (MFRTs). MFRTs was completely designed under this task by specialists of YARUS WMS who carried out a task of process design of new MFRTs. Moving consisted of 4 stages: the first stage (Household chemicals, water juice, joint products), the second queue (Groceries, confectionery), the third queue (alcohol), the fourth queue (cooled and frozen goods). The area is about 40,000 sq.m, including frontal, stuffed storage systems, two mezzanines to three floors with a total area about 15,000 sq.m. Quantity of the used radio data collection terminals more than 100 units. The number of the stored SKU (an active matrix) of more than 70,000 names. From features of start It should be noted flexible lot-based accounting by: products expiration dates, multidimensional accounting for weight goods, accounting on the organization what organization possesses goods (all MFRTs is separated on work areas, storage locations into internal bailors), automation of workflows of planning of department of transport logistics using the module YARUS WMS automated workplace the Transport logistician.

- data exchange with a corporate system based on 1C: Enterprise 7.7.
Specific Features:
- total accounting on expiration dates;
- the module "Motivations of Personnel" is developed (pickers and collectors of orders work at fundamentals of motivational policy when calculation is made based on execution of operations, fixed in a system)
Effect of implementation:
- significant reduction of staff, introduction of the outstaff system (an output for staff of pickers and collectors of orders);
- increase in accuracy of accounting of goods on expiration dates;
- accuracy and transparency of inventory, increase in speed of its carrying out
