Intertorg (Yarus WMS system)

2016: Implementation of Yarus WMS in the distribution center Warehouse Ultrafresh of 12,000 sq.m

Project terms: February - April, 2016.

The distribution center, the area of an order is 12,000 sq.m. Storage: cheeses, sausages, floor products, own cookery, dairy products, meat products, including half carcasses, fish canned food, preserved food.

• address storage (static and dynamic);
• all transactions are executed using RTSD
• data exchange with a corporate system based on 1C

Specific Features:

• total accounting on expiration dates;
• integration into the GIS Mercury
• multidimensional accounting: accounting of weight goods by weight, net, gross, a container, packaging, date of production; work with actual weight using cargo scales; work with weight a stroke codes; support of work of the calibrated goods; control of admissions on expiration dates; automatic adjustment excess and shortages in the course of storage of weight goods; multidimensional accounting in several units of storage.
• zone assembly and algorithm of reservation taking into account a floating remaining balance of weight goods is used;
• shipment from 1 piece to whole a pallet

2013: Implementation of Yarus WMS in the distribution center "Dry terminal" of 17,000 sq.m

Project terms: April, 2012 - January, 2013.

• the distribution center, the area of an order is 17,000 sq.m
• address storage (static and dynamic);
• all transactions are executed using RTSD
• data exchange with a corporate system based on 1C: Retail

Specific Features:

• total accounting on expiration dates;
• the module "Motivations of Personnel" is developed (pickers and collectors of orders work at fundamentals of motivational policy when calculation is made based on execution of operations, fixed in a system)

Effect of implementation:

• significant reduction of staff, introduction of the outstaff system (an output for staff of pickers and collectors of orders);
• increase in accuracy of accounting of goods on expiration dates;
• accuracy and transparency of inventory, increase in speed of its carrying out.
