The automation project covered:

• warehouse of finished products during production with an area of ​ ​ about 3,000 square meters. m;
• address storage (fully dynamic, floor-mounted and stacked);
• Total accounting for production batches
• plan-actual analysis between release and production plan.

Based on the results of the project:

• All operations from acceptance to shipment are performed using paper-free RTSD;
• All operations from acceptance to shipment are performed using paper-free RTSD;
• exchange data with the corporate system is organized on the basis "1C:ERP" using YARUS. API

Features:

• acceptance of finished products without a plan, in an uninterrupted mode (24 x 7);
• complex algorithm for stacking in the expedition zone;
• Total accounting for production batches.

As a result of the project, the following effects were obtained from the implementation of YARUS WMS:

• exclude the human factor when performing all warehouse operations;
• eliminate errors during loading of finished products (when placed in stacks);
• increase the speed of warehouse operations, reduce downtime of people and equipment;
• Organize real-time inventory information.

2019

Finished products warehouse of the cage factory. The area is about 7,000 square meters. m. Total batch accounting for each delivery from the factory, accounting for characteristics, wallpaper tone, reservation of balances taking into account a batch of wallpaper (not getting into the collected order of wallpaper from different batches, under certain counterparties), shipment from one roll (piece accounting at all warehouse operations), allocated warehouse (warehouse area) for accounting samples. SKUs are more active 1,000.
