Vakha Agayev was born in 1953.

Education

In 1977 Vakha Agayev graduated from the Checheno-Ingush state university of L.N. Tolstoy, and in the 1985th — the Moscow cooperative institute.

Biography

1998

In 1998 Vakha Agayev headed Yug-nefteprodukt LLC company.

2011-2016

In 2011 it was elected the deputy of the State Duma of the VI convocation from CPRF faction, in 2016 became the deputy of the lower house of parliament of the VII convocation again.

2018

As in 2018 wrote RBC with reference to financial statements of the largest parliamentary parties, the "South oil product" controlled by Akayev till 2017 was one of large sponsors of the CPRF. Annually he transferred 1.5-3 million rubles, and in 2016 filled up the budget of a batch for 43 million rubles.

2020: Death from a coronavirus

On September 24, 2020 it became known of Vakhy Agayev's death. The deputy of the State Duma from the Communist Party died from COVID-19 coronavirus. His colleague on a batch Kazbek Taysayev told RIA Novosti about it.

Agayev was 67 years old. He held the deputy chairman's position in committee on financial market.

Agayev's death was confirmed by the deputy of the State Duma from the CPRF Sergey Gavrilov. In a conversation with the agency it told the following:

He died. He was my close companion, worked for me in committee four years, sat near me. It was in a coma, I hoped, as well as all of us that he will recover, will recover. He was the surprising optimist, very sincere, hospitable person therefore I am very sorry.

The chairman State of the Duma Vyacheslav Volodin expressed the deepest condolences to family of the deputy Vakha Agayev. On September 23, 2020 Volodin reported that COVID-19 had more than 50 deputies. By September 23 of 13 parliamentarians were on hospitalization, at the same time three they them were hospitalized for the last day.

The leader of the CPRF Gennady Zyuganov expressed condolences to the family of Agayev and called the member of the same party one of the most "talented and worthy sons of our power and the Chechen people".^[1]
