Volodin Vyacheslav Viktorovich

Vyacheslav Viktorovich Volodin (on February 4, 1964, Alekseyevka, Hvalynsky district, the Saratov region) is a First Deputy Chief of the Russian President's Executive Office.

Russian political figure. Deputy of the State Duma of the third (1999 — 2003), the fourth (2003 — 2007) and the fifth convocations (2007 — 2010).

From February 2, 2007 to October 21, 2010 — the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the fifth convocation. Secretary of presidium of general council of a batch United Russia.

From October 21, 2010 to May 22, 2012 - the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia and the Chief of staff of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Biography

In 1986 graduated from faculty of the organization and technology of repair of machines of the Saratov institute of mechanization of agriculture, later — the Russian academy of civil service under the President of the Russian Federation.

Since 1986 — at teaching work. Managed department of state construction and management in the Volga region academy of civil service. Now — professor of department of constitutional right of PAGS.

1990: Deputy of the Saratov City Council

In 1990 it is elected the deputy of the Saratov City Council.

Since 1992 — the deputy head of administration of Saratov.

Since 1994 — the vice-chairman of the Saratov region duma.

1996: Vice governor of the Saratov region

In 1996 — the vice-governor of the Saratov region.

In 1996 at the St. Petersburg institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs defended the doctoral dissertation "the Territorial subject of the Russian Federation: problems of the power, lawmaking and management".

1999: Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from the Fatherland-All Russia bloc

In 1999 it is elected the deputy of the State Duma of the third convocation from the Fatherland-All Russia bloc. Becomes the deputy manager, and then and the head of OVR fraction. Took active part in protection of the head of the Balakovo administration of A. Saurin in 2000.

2003: The deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on the single-candidate district

In parliamentary elections of 2003 it is chosen in deputies of the State Duma of the fourth convocation on single-candidate Balakovo district No. 156, having got support of 82% of the voters who came to elections. In the Duma — the vice-chairman, the first deputy head of United Russia fraction.

Since 2005 — the secretary of presidium of general council of a batch United Russia.

In 2007 it is elected the deputy of the State Duma of the fifth convocation.

Since 2009 — the head of the department of the state construction of faculty of public administration of MSU. Candidate of Technical Sciences, author more than 50 scientific publications.

2010: Vice-president, chief of staff of the Government of the Russian Federation

On October 21, 2010 it is appointed to the position of the Deputy Prime Minister — the Chief of staff of the Government of the Russian Federation after dismissal of the former Chief of staff of Sergey Sobyanin in connection with his statement on a post of the Mayor of Moscow.

In February, 2006 the Finance magazine estimated Volodin's fortune in 95 million dollars (the 351st place in Russia).

According to promulgated income for 2009, Volodin from 359.9 million rubles appeared in leaders among deputy chairmen of the Duma. In 2007 he declared only 3.16 million rubles. Volodin in property has an apartment of 74 sq.m, the land plot 83 hundred parts and one parking place, but there is no machine.

On January 22, 2017 in Moscow the new structure of Supreme council of the party United Russia is announced. Boris Gryzlov perezibran head of Supreme council of the party. From new members are included in the structure of the supreme council:

• speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin,
• head of the Russian Railway Oleg Belozerov,
• CEO of Rosseti Oleg Budargin and
