GKZ of FBU State Commission on Mineral Reserves

Main objective of activity of Organization is ensuring rational subsurface use for the benefit of the state. The specified goal is achieved by implementation by Organization of the core activity provided by the state task namely:

• Conducting state examination of reserves of minerals, geological, economic and ecological information on the subsoil plots provided in use.
• Organization in accordance with the established procedure, also performs the following types of activity which are not the main:
• Implementation of organizational and methodical maintenance of activity of representatives of the commissions on consideration and statement of reserves of minerals.

For achievement of goals of creation, Organization in accordance with the established procedure performs the following types of revenue-producing activities:

• methodical, analytical, economic services in a subject of the activity, including:
• determination and justification of quantitative and qualitative parameters for stock counting of mineral deposits;
• determination and justification of a rational complex of geological studying of a subsoil, including:
• indexations of layers;
• development and application of the software products used at stock counting;
• development and application of techniques of modeling of objects of stock counting;
• development of suggestions for improvement of the regulatory base regulating questions of stock counting;
• development of actions for stimulation of mastering of reserves of minerals and to rational use of a subsoil;
• carrying out research, methodical and thematic works on a subject of the activity;
• organization and holding exhibitions, conferences and seminars, holding public lectures and other actions for subject of the activity;
• implementation information and the publishing contributing to the development of effective subsurface use, the analysis of the Russian and foreign markets.
