2020: Implementation "1C: Document Flow"

Sintegro consulting announced on September 25, 2020 installation of "1C: Document Flow" for FBK of Grant Thornton.

The 1C: Document Flow system replaced the system of work with documents used in FBK by Grant Thornton. For soft transition of employees to other program the management decided to simplify visually work with some "difficult" functions. Before Sintegro consulting there was a task at the same time to save a usual operation mode of employees and to transfer correspondence, storage and document handling to a system.

For example, it was required that users did not need to come every time into the program, "fail" in tasks and send letters at approval of commercial offers. Divisions of the company wanted to do it via e-mail. Now the user is enough to respond to the letter with a task, and the result of approval will automatically be processed by a system and will appear at other contractors by mail.

By Sintegro simplifications of a system regarding functionality and the interface carried out big analytical work for improvement. For September, 2020 in a system about 100 users work, and wishes of everyone at completion were considered, - Andrey Golovanov, CIO of FBK Grant Thornton told
