Was born on November 1, 1948 in of Stepanovo, Vachsky district of Gorky area.

Education

1973: VZFE

In 1973 graduated from All-Union correspondence financial and economic institute (in 2011 was a part of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation). Specialty: finance and credit, qualification: economist.

1979: UML of Gorky regional committee of the CPSU

6/7/1979 graduated from the University of Marxism-Leninism of Gorky regional committee of the CPSU (in November, 1991 stopped the existence). Specialty: party and economic asset; qualification: economic head.

1997: UNN

1/30/1997 graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod state university of N.I. Lobachesky. Specialty: management of the public and municipal administration, qualification: master.

2000: ANH at the Government of the Russian Federation

11/14/2000 graduated from Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA)). Specialty: modern head of commercial bank, qualification: master of management.
