The FIT company continues the project of automation of network of salons of optics under the EYEKRAFT brand ("Aykraft"). Now a common information space integrates 70 objects in 45 cities of Russia from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. The geography of the project covers both own salons of network, and franchasing located in such remote cities as Khanty-Mansiysk, Yakutsk, Mirnyi, Ulan-Ude, Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

CEO Valynkin S. Yu.: "We use more than three years the GESTORI Pro system from FIT company. The centralized principle of creation of this solution and the single database allow me to see in Moscow information on sales, on a status of a commodity remaining balance in all salons in real time, allowing to make timely management decisions. Besides we have an opportunity to see statistics of last years that also significantly helps us with work. It is essentially important for our business model. And we are happy that IT solution meets these requirements of all 100%. By 2010 we became the second network in Russia on the number of salons and the first network on presence in regions".

The module of production in which calculation of orders on glasses making for each client is formed is involved in this project of automation in the GESTORI Pro system.

The technology chain in all salons includes the doctors diagnosing sight, consultants, performing selection and sale of frames, lenses and other products, the opticians-collectors who are engaged in glasses making and prescription lenses. In salons collections of sunglasses, sport glasses, medical points, contact lenses and accessories and also special training glasses are provided. Besides, glasses making of any complexity is possible: astigmatic, progressive, bifocal, fotokhromny, polarizing, special for the computer. Selection of points is performed by ophthalmologists, in each of salons check of sight is possible. Account of all these transactions is kept in GESTORI Pro.

Approach to the system of franchizing is interesting. For reduction of starting costs regional salons can open without the expensive equipment for glasses making and without warehouse of lenses. It is enough to client to select the pleasant frame and to check sight. Information on the order appears at the central office from which, depending on the existence selected like frames, and lenses comes to the centralized workshop for glasses making. Then points are delivered to the franchisee's client. Thanks to the centralized system architecture of GESTORI Pro process proceeds very quickly, and the customer can receive the capital service level, without leaving the hometown.

The proof of success of this franchize is that many franchisees expand the business and open new salons in the cities. For 2009 30 salons were open.
