Nazyrov accused of large-scale fraud

The publication says that the criminal case is being investigated by the Investigation Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow. The case against Nazyrov is separated into a separate proceeding.

Nazyrov chose a preventive measure in the form of detention from the moment of detention on the territory of the Russian Federation or extradition, - said the Babushkinsky court of Moscow, which arrested in absentia the former deputy chairman of the AKB "Derzhava" Timur Nazyrov for fraud on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The AKB Derzhava itself told Kommersant that the charges brought against Timur Nazyrov "are related to the case of an unscrupulous borrower who, by contacting law enforcement agencies, is trying to avoid liability for his obligations, the presence of which is confirmed by judicial acts that have entered into legal force."[1]
