Biography

Was born on January 20, 1969 in Monchegorsk of Murmansk region.

Education

1993: SPGGI of G.V. Plekhanov

In 1993 graduated from the St. Petersburg state mining institute of G.V. Plekhanov (since 2016 - the St. Petersburg Mining University) in "metallurgy of non-ferrous metals", qualification the metallurgical engineer is appropriated.

In 1993 got a job in Baltic Bank the senior specialist of management of correspondence relations.

In 1995 passed into CB St. Petersburg Bank for Reconstruction and Development (in 2016 the license is revoked) to a position of the chief specialist of department of correspondence relations of treasury.
