In 1996 ended Tomsk Polytechnic University (Russko-American the center); the diploma in Management; degree Bachelor.

In 1998 ended a magistracy of the Tomsk Polytechnic University; the diploma in Economy. During study trained in Great Britain (The University of Warwick) and the USA (The American Institute of Banking).

In 1997 became the assistant department head of Personnel management of Inkombank.

1999: GUTA BANK

In 1999 it was appointed the head of department of corporate development of Guta Bank.

2000: Rosbank

In 2000 was the head of department of work and motivation of Rosbank.

2001: B&N Bank
