In 1991 - 1996 - the vice chairman of the board of the "Kirov cooperative bank" renamed into CB Hlynov, transformed to JSB Hlynov.

In 1996 - 2005 - the First Deputy Chairman of the board of JSB Hlynov renamed into JSC CB Hlynov.
