2020: Transfer to the platform of the Turbo of X

The "Advanced Technologies — the Quality Maximum" company ("PTMK"), the partner of TURBO, completed transfer of an electronic document management system of SwiftDoc to the platform of the Turbo of X and expanded functionality of the solution. Possibilities of conducting tender process and customer relationship management became available to clients. On October 7, 2020 LANIT reported about it.

In September, 2020 SwiftDoc developer the PTMK company released upgraded version of a system which received advanced functionality and integration with a flagship product of a line of TURBO — the Turbo of ERP.

Among the appeared opportunities of SwiftDoc there are a work with e-mail, creation of one document on the basis of current, the organization of access to the general area of files in a chat, start of periodic tasks on the basis of regulations and also easy integration with solutions based on the TURBO X platform. Besides, modules — SwiftDoc Tender and SwiftDoc CRM were a part of SwiftDoc.

For the large companies and holdings an important task is the organization of tender process, processing and approval of offers in the information system. The functionality of SwiftDoc Tender allows to collect purchasing requests, commercial offers, to send invitations to suppliers on participation in tender purchase, to approve offers with a tender committee and to create the protocol by results.

For sales department the module SwiftDoc CRM which allows to collect leads from different sources is added, to plan calls and meetings and to keep the customer interaction history. SwiftDoc supports now formation of commercial offers and accounts which can be approved quickly in a system in one window, without spending time for movement of files.

Within integration with TURBO of ERP the feature for approval of any document of an information system or a card of any reference book — the new nomenclature or the supplier is added. Possibilities of personnel document flow are expanded registration of orders on a holiday, transfer, etc. on the basis of the approved memo, and the agreements approved in SwiftDoc are displayed in the module of supply chain management of TURBO of ERP.

We quickly reacted to a round of development of the TURBO platform and created the domestic solution in an e-document flow systems class. SwiftDoc document flow quickly joins in an ecosystem of the solutions TURBO and thanks to seamless integration our clients work in one system, in one window, without spending time for movement of files.
